Return & Refund

There is a specific process which we follow for return and refunding the customers.

1. Confirming the order

When a customer makes an order, an e-mail is sent by All Generic Pills to their e-mail id confirming about the details of the order placed by the customer. Another e-mail is sent which may be received anytime within 24 hours of placing the order. It tells that the order request has been received and the order will be dispatched shortly afterward.

In cases where there is a payment issue like the payment not being completed by the customer then also we will send the customer an e-mail informing the same.

2. Confirming the shipping

We generally dispatch and ship any order made within the same day. Once the shipping is complete, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the tracking number of the order. It will also have the details regarding the shipping details and expected date of delivery. We give you the option of directly calling us to know about the progress of your order by providing a link- ‘connect with us’ which is also on this e-mail. The order is shipped to the customer’s residential address or office address whichever is suitable for the customer. Once an address is provided it cannot be changed. There is also an option of delivering through registered airmail service which is a bit costlier but more secure in nature. It requires the buyer’s signature while delivering the package at the buyer’s address.

If the buyer is not available at the time of delivery of the package, a message is sent to the customer regarding the same. The package is then returned to the post office. The buyer can contact the post office by providing the details in the message and collect the package in person or else wait for 4 weeks after which a reattempt would be initiated.

3. APO Addresses and PO Boxes

We also deliver at the APO addresses and PO Boxes if the option is open for us in the delivery method process, which is followed at All Generic Pills. This may be or may not be possible depending on the region or locality of the post-office. You can set your delivery address to your APO or PO boxes by setting your primary address as your APO address or PO address.

4. Customs

All Generic Pills is not an Indian based company. Hence every good that the customer buys is treated like an imported well, and while delivering after reaching Indian mainland the customs department may ask for a customs charge payment. In no circumstance is such charge borne by All Generic Pills and has to pay off by the buyer only. Also, we are not accountable for any delay in delivery caused due to delay at the customs department. The delay in customs department may be anywhere in the range from a few days to 3 weeks depending on the particular case.

5. Delivery Time

The general time in which the shipping of your order is completed varies between 24 hours to 48 hours. The time is taken to deliver also depends on the courier company. There could be unforeseen delays like natural events like a flood or catastrophic weather.

Also, the delivery date mentioned in the message is not the exact date of delivery. It is an expectation that the package might be delivered by the stipulated date. As stated above delays due to hold by customs or unforeseen events may postpone the delivery date, which will not be communicated.

6. Reshipments of lost orders

Order in transit that has been lost is reshipped or refunded by All Generic Pills. If there is a delay of more than 8 weeks from the date of shipment, it is the duty of the customer to inform All Generic Pills on its customer care number. A refund or reshipment would be done after an investigation by All Generic Pills. Any request by the customer to refund or reship the order would not be entertained after 8 weeks.

Following conditions apply during a replacement request made to All Generic Pills-

1. If the delivery time exceeds 7 days from the date of shipping.

2. The shipping date provided is incorrect.

If the customer enters his delivery address incorrectly, the replacement order would be charged.

7. Refund and Return Policy

If the package is received in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, we would be either be refunded the amount or reship the order as per buyer’s choice. But this has to be intimated by the customer to us on our customer care number within 8 weeks. The customer will have to wait for a minimum of 30 days after which the customer can either put a refund or replace request. For any queries you can contact customer care. The refund would be made only if the product is sent back to us in a sealed and unused condition within the expiry date of the product.
