Kamagra Gold 100mg is a tablet containing 100 mg of sildenafil citrate, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It is made by Ajanta Pharma Ltd., a pharmaceutical company based in India, and it belongs to the PDE-5 inhibitor group of medicines.

100 mg is the highest dose in approved sildenafil labeling. The tablet helps a man get and keep an erection when he is sexually stimulated, but it does not improve performance, delay ejaculation or cure ED.
